hi! renting out my huge bedroom in Bushwick in 3 bed, 2 bath apartment (you'll share a bathroom with one very cleanly person). really great kitchen and living space, two sweet queer roommates, and a private off-street parking spot.

its ONE BLOCK from the Wilson L, you get to union square in 30 minutes. also a 10 minute walk to the Chauncey J.

the apartment is the top floor of a 3 story building; there is one exterior flight of stairs to get to the door.

room itself has a full size bed, built in closet, large workspace desk, large mirror, and a roku TV. the common area has a smart TV as well as a Nintendo switch.

kitchen comes equipped with a toaster, hot water heater, microwave, air fryer, and rice cooker.

there is central heating controlled by a thermostat in the apartment; the only AC is in the living room but I doubt you'll need AC from december - march.

there are several good deli's within a block as well as Father Knows Best, a cute cafe / restaurant / bar. its also close to Irving Square Park.

we don't tend to throw parties aside from the occasional dinner or pregame, sometimes a Mario Party game night.

we do try to keep the common areas cleanly - doing the dishes everyday, wiping down surfaces after cooking / eating, vacuuming when it needs to be done.

one roommate is a freelance contemporary dancer who cooks frequently and has a boyfriend that sleeps over occasionally.

the other roommate works part time in retail and part time as a freelance stylist / production assistant.

none of us have super regular work schedules but we're respectful of one another if someone needs to go to sleep or wake up earlier.
