I am a therapist in NYC. I just built a summer house and independent studio (studio is at a distance from house) in this magical, pastoral area of the Valley. I stay at the house about half the time, and work remotely (wi-fi is absolutely reliable for work-from-home scenarios, Zoom). I value and respect privacy as well as community.
My house is at about 70 feet from the studio, placed in a strategic position intended to preserve privacy between both structures (the closest neighboring house is 500 feet away)
