We’re away for a while working on creative projects and looking to sublet during that time. Note: dates are open to discussion, should you wish to extend.

Perfect for visiting artists, and in the best neighbourhood! The apartment is two blocks away from the Jefferson stop on the L and getting to Manhattan can't be easier.

The space itself is an open plan studio/loft apartment with high ceilings & wooden floors, located on the ground floor. It's an artist loft vibe, kinda industrial, but recently refurbished, so nice and bright (fresh paint, etc) and newly varnished floors, rugs.

Laundry and dryers in the building, operated with an app, and always available or so it seems!

There's a communal yard outside if you need are working on any messy projects.

If you know this part of Bushwick, it needs no introduction. But if you don't know - it's two minutes to House of Yes, great bars and restaurants, small coffee shops, etc, and our favourite dive bar, the Cobra Club (pool table! karaoke!).

The space includes a queen bed, HAY sofa (plus an additional fold-out sleeper sofa for when you have guests), steel case tanker desk, long coffee table, high speed wifi, blackout blinds, and kitchenette (fridge/freezer / induction hotplate for stovetop style cooking / air fryer / griddle etc). There's also a projector for movie night and a smart tv, Bluetooth speaker, etc.

We’ve recently made some changes to make it cosier and better use of space, so there is more storage in the kitchen. The clothes you see hanging in the pictures will be moved and kitchen space will be cleared for you, etc.

The bathroom is located across from the unit - there is a private toilet with basin (exclusive use) through one door and a lockable shower cubicle through another door that is shared with two other tenants whom we have never bumped into or clashed with.

It's basic, but most importantly it's clean - you will notice a busy cleaning lady making sure everything is cleaned and mopped each day.

There is ample space for you to put clothes, etc, and we will leave an extra rail out should you need. it's an easy move-in as it’s ground floor. We’ve let before on listings to creatives who have also used it as a live/work space.

We have an arrangement with a friend in the building to let you into the building where you can find the apartment key in a lockbox on the apartment door if I don’t see you before I leave.

Rent is just to cover what it costs.

We travel a lot (being ex-pats!), and are away regularly for work. We love being in the heart of it all and enjoying what Bushwick has to offer.

We're keeping the cost low (what we pay for it), but we'll be selective about who comes to stay. It's our home, and we'd like to keep the good vibes alive!
