The unfurnished room is a bright, and sunny unfurnished room in a 3BR, 1Bath apartment in Crown Heights. The room is approximately 11x13 and gets amazing light from an east-facing window. There is no closet, but there is plenty of space and ceiling height to build out your own solution or install an Ikea closet. (One image shows what a storage loft looks like in there). Close to 4, 3, A, C subway. Utilities (Wifi, Heat, Electric, Gas, Water) are $120 flat per month.

Creative clean respectful. One queer woman stain glass artist and teacher, one man tattoo artist who also works in coffee. We are super chill and all share the kitchen and bathroom and work together to make sure they stay clean and organized.
There is a small cat that lives here too. The litter box is not in a common area and he mostly stays in his rooms.
