My partner and I are spending the month of March in Greece and are looking to sublet our large one bedroom apartment in Kensington! Our second floor unit is located in a building that has laundry, an elevator, and the loveliest doorman.

We live a one minute walk from the Fort Hamilton F/G stop and a 10 min walk to the Southern tip of Prospect Park. Easy and fast commute to Manhattan! We are close to several large grocery stores, including our beloved Carnival, which has the best produce (10 mins). Also a stocked bodega is around the corner.

We have two sweet cat that will need to be taken care of while we are away. The rent is normally more expensive, but we have lowered it to include taking care of the kitties. Because of this we prefer a subletter who is comfortable with cats!

We have a large TV with every possible streaming service (literally every one you can imagine) and huge kitchen with lots of storage and space to cook delicious meals.

The bedroom is sunfilled and down a long hallway from the living room, giving you plenty of privacy.
