I am looking to sublet my large one-bedroom apartment in a historic elevator building in Sugar Hill in Harlem. It has a large bedroom, a living room with a fold-out sofa, a dining room, and a semi-open kitchen. There's a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit and an old clawfoot tub in the bathroom. (We are in the process of upgrading some furniture, so it'll look somewhat different than these photos--but better!) It's on a high floor, facing west, so gets nice afternoon light and has views out over the rooftops and trees. There's a park across the street. It's a short walk to the express train at 145th st. Dates are flexible, may be possible to extend through the summer.
