A private space
3 Month commitment, month to month afterward

We are hosting a paid artist residency / private studio space next to our gallery. We are excited to have an artist join our personal community.

You have your own keys in a lockbox and can come and go however you wish. It is a completely separate space from the gallery. We just ask no gatherings or noise at night, after 8pm.

There is WiFi and your own private bathroom. The participation fee is $1,050 all inclusive of utilities.

We are open to include any artist in the space as part of our public programming as well, given the project!
