I’m looking for a roommate who shares similar standards for cleanliness and order in the home. While I’m friendly and open, I value my privacy and maintain a busy lifestyle—balancing work between my studio and home.

This is a peaceful, no-party apartment, though I do have friends over occasionally. Outside shoes are to be removed at the door, and I ask that you maintain a daily upkeep in the common areas.

I’m looking for a mature, responsible adult who is neat and considerate. You should be respectful of shared spaces and willing to maintain cleanliness in the common areas. This includes:

Shoes off at the door
Daily upkeep of common areas – please clean up after yourself (e.g., no plates left in the sink, wipe down the bathroom sink, remove hair from the tub after use). I understand people get busy, but please note that I am not a cleaning service.
No pets
No smoking or pot
No loud parties – This is a peaceful environment, and I’m looking for someone who values that as well.
We both clean after ourselves.
I have a cleaning lady that comes by weekly. The cleaning fee is $125, if you do not need a cleaning service we can discuss this!

Terms:

Move-in: May 1st
Sublease duration: 4-month minimum, with the option to extend.

Sublease: You will be filling out a sublease agreement with me, as I am on the lease
Upfront payments: 1st month's rent + 1-month security deposit are required upfront to secure the booking
Documentation: I will need a copy of your ID and a recent bank statement
