Very large room in three bedroom, sunny apartment with private bathroom. 20X14 is the size of the bedroom. A lot of privacy. I'm out of town for a minimum of a month, possibly six weeks.

Apartment is shared with one other person who works in tech and has a sweet cat named Rumi. She goes into the office 4 days a week. We value keeping the space clean as well as good communication. In essence we are all very considerate and looking for someone that is the same.

The living room and kitchen are shared.

Apartment is 3 minutes from the 69st 7 train station. 25 minutes to Times Square. 20 minutes to midtown. Near laundry, grocery and delicious restaurants. Near LIRR, express train station Roosevelt Avenue is a 6 minute walk to E, F, R, M train and free buses to LaGuardia airport.
