Looking for someone to take over my room in Fort Greene from ASAP to April 31 with an option to renew. It's fully furnished, and spacious (12 x 14 sq ft), with a closet, queen bed, dresser, accent chair, computer desk and lots of natural lighting.

The apartment is also well furnished, with wood floors throughout, living room, up to date kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, large sized fridge, dishwasher, and tiled floors. It’s on the 2nd floor of a 15 story elevator building, fully gated, with 24 hour security, and a courtyard. There are washers and dryers in the basement.

Walking distance to Fort Greene Park (1/2 block), several major trains (see below), Atlantic terminal, City Point (Trader Joes and Target), and downtown Brooklyn.

Subway: walking distance from A/C/F/G/2/3/4/5/B/Q/R/N/etc.
