There is a large south facing window. Apartment is on a corner so it gets good light in bedroom and living room. There is a bed and bed frame. There is a closet I n the bedroom.
Room is spacious with space for a desk or work area, and plenty of privacy.
Apartment is,on the 3rdfloor of an elevator building. There are a couple of steps to get to the elevator. Elevator is reliable.
Buildhas laundry in the basement and is two blocks from subway and from entrance to Prosect Park.
Decor is cozy, not fancy. We aspire to keep common areas clean and to be respectful of one another.
Kitchen is adequate. No dishwasher.
I work primarily out of the house and many evenings.

About This Lister

Outgoing person (he/him), but tend to be more quiet at home. I like to cook a lot. Trying to build the plants selection in the apartment. I aim to keep a clean space but understand it doesn't always happen all at once.
