Subletting my spacious and peaceful bedroom in a 2-bedroom apt for three weeks while I'm out of town. The apartment is in a duplex on a beautiful and quiet tree-lined block in Bed Stuy, around the corner from the Kingston-Throop C (and a 10 min walk to the Nostrand A). The two bedrooms are on different floors, with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. My roommate will also be subletting her room for part of the time. This is a perfect central spot to explore Brooklyn.

There is an extra office desk set up in the living room and we are on the same block as a laundromat.

Dates are April 18 - May 9 (21 days) and the total would be $1200 for that period of time, including utilities. You could rent it for a shorter period of time within that window, but the whole time is preferred.
