Rooms for Sublet
Looking for a new roommate to take over my lease in v. communal, mostly-vegetarian 4person apt starting Feb 1st 2025 (runs until July 1st 2025) as I'm moving to SF for work.
Room comfortably fits a queen-size bed + desk, and there's a huge built-in closet. Even has a little Juliet balcony looking out over the street (amazing for a morning cup of tea when it's not freezing).
Roomates are lovely & v. into board games and cooking together: all work in tech so Wifi is v. fast and never down. Two of them work from home; the other works at Google and brings home the best snacks (will also happily give you the office tour and make you forever envious).
(In-unit washer dryer is also a godsend!)

One month's security deposit. Probably easier to pay rent to me until the end of the lease via a sublease contract, and then you can roll onto the main lease in July if you'd like to stay longer!
