There is a driveway however is it currently rented by tenants of another unit.
Super quiet block, easy street parking. Very close to L and G trains and Mcgorlick or Mccarren Park.
Your roommates will be a hairstylist and a photographer, both cis men in their 30s.
Housemates are clean and quiet.
There is a lovely hairless cat named Dexter living here as well and he gets along with other animals.

Move in date is tentatively December 15th but could be flexible depending on situation.
