Each room is has been equipped with a brand new HVAC system with at least one large window for natural light, most rooms have two or more. The room currently available has two east facing windows.

Located on the second and third floor (please note there is no elevator), AC, Heat and very fast WiFi are included (no hidden charges for these). We are owner operated.

There is a communal slop sink and well maintained bathrooms on each floor.
