You are looking at spacious room for rent in East Williamsburg -conveniently located next to the Grand and Graham L stations.

The room is spacious and drenched with nice natural lighting (plus dance/work out mirrors).

You have your own private entrance to your room and will share a bathroom and kitchen with my lovely roommate (who works in film). The kitchen has all the utensils and cooking items you'll need to feel at home (if you like to cook!). I am on the third floor (there is no elevator). There is NO washer/dryer - but a laundry center is just a two min walk away :). You are super close to two wonderful cafes (if you're into coffee!) - Here and 3-Legged Cat.

I'm looking for someone self-aware, clean, responsible, KIND and trust worthy. I care about my space and put effort into it - so hopefully that translates and you feel comfortable :).

I am an ex digital nomad who has lived in central and south America and Europe - so I understand what's necessary to enter a space for a few weeks at a time and truly feel comfortable.

Rules:
Dishes must be done immediately. Cleaning up after yourself is a MUST. It's a very strict rule my roomie and follow since we both cook in the kitchen.

No loud music after 10PM please.
No rearranging furniture.
No Smoking or Drugs.
No Parties.

Hello! My name is Sarah Knight. I'm in my 30's and work in advertising. I'm an ex-digital nomad who has traveled all around the world (so I know what it's like to rent spaces out and what makes a space feed like home). I am very involved in the Salsa dancing community (there's actually a studio 10 mins walking from my apartment).

I love to cook and work from home 2-3 days a week (note, I've got a standing desk in the room for you if you need to do the same!). I'm incredibly clean, aware, kind and an ally to LBGTQIA communities.

You will have your own private entrance to the apartment and a LARGE room! You will share a kitchen and bathroom with my wonderful roommate, Rosie. Rosie works in film and is super sweet. She likes to cook and is open to chatting with you if you're open to that!
