Large, semi-furnished interior bedroom in a sunny apartment with tall ceilings in Clinton Hill. It's a 2 bedroom apartment with one bathroom, large windows, and ceiling fans throughout. The room is simply furnished with a queen sized bed and bed frame, a set of dressers, and floor lamp. The main space of the apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is well-equipped.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. There is laundry in the basement of the building. The apartment is around the corner from the B38 bus and the Classon G train, walking distance from Herbert Von King and Fort Greene parks. The apartment has Verizon wifi.

Sadly, no pets due to building rules.

I am the current lease holder and I have lived in the apartment for about 3 years. I work full time in person as a designer at a furniture company. I work in person and I am ideally looking for someone that also works in person. I am social and often out and about so I like the apartment to feel like a respite from the city–I can be a bit introverted at home and prefer to keep the space clean and quiet, ideally looking for someone who has similar tendencies/preferences but also enjoys a friendly rapport :)
