It is part of a Coop Building therefore your application will take 4-6 weeks to process and require proof of steady income including tax returns from the last two years and good references. It is a large studio available in the heart of Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Only a 10 minute walk to Prospect Park, to the Subway and nearby restaurants and bars. It is very family friendly and offers multiple grocery stores close by including Associates, Lincoln Market and lots of delis and takeout food. There's also great live music venues such as The Owl Music Parlor and Bar Bayeux for jazz as well as coffee shops and bakeries like Hamlet and Allan's bakery (the best currant rolls).
Conveniently located in quiet area and close to (B,Q) Parkside and Prospect Park stops , (2,5) Winthrop stop trains as well as express bus to Williamsburg SBS-B44.
The apartment is on the 1st floor up a few steps giving easy access to carry furniture, a bike or other items. It includes a dishwasher, removable AC unit, new laundry/dryer and bike storage in the basement. The building is a pre war Coop with authentic interior arches and a small outdoor courtyard. There is an amazon locker for easy reception of your packages while you're away.
Wifi and utilities are not included however will be easily transferred over. Gas + electricity range around $80/month and wifi is currently $45/month.
Smoking and pets are not allowed but there are friendly cats in the basement! Rent includes maintenance fees for the building. There is an awesome super on the premises whom will help you should you run into any issues as well as an exterminator.

I am the landlord of the space looking for someone that is very responsible and will treat the apartment like their own. That means creating their own safe haven while maintaining its integrity. Once moved in, I will be available should any issues arise in addition to the super whom can act more immediately in the event of a leak or other issue.

- Tenant’s last (2) years Federal Income Tax Returns & W2 Forms.
- Tenant’s (3) most recent paystubs.
- Signed Acknowledgement of House Rules and Extermination.
- Proof of identification such as driver’s license, passport etc.
- Official bank checks for payment of fees. ($250 deposit for move in/out damage deposit, 1 month + 1 month deposit)
