I have absolutely loved living in this apartment and am sad to leave but am moving to a new city in the spring.
It has high ceilings, lots of natural light, good water pressure, no bugs or maintenance issues, landlord/ maintenance is always super responsive and helpful. Coin laundry in basement. Located in the Lowry Hill/ Kenwood neighborhood, steps away from the Walker Art Center and the 4/ 6 bus stop, also walking distance to multiple grocery stores and coffee shops. Street parking, easy to find parking within a block or two.
Gas/ heat included in rent. You’ll have to set up WiFi. No dishwasher or elevator.
This is technically a sublet initially because I need to move out before my lease ends but you will have the option the either move out at the end of June or start a new 12-month lease. Landlord asks for 60 day notice either way. Security deposit of $1015 required upon signing sublease. I am somewhat flexible on move-in date so the sublet could also start April 1st if that's preferable for you.
