Gorgeous, spacious, super bright 1 bedroom (+ home office) apartment in Bushwick. Only one block away from the L train. Less than 10 mins to Williamsburg and ~16 minutes to Union Square!

The apartment has a smart TV, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, central AC/ heat, a very comfortable queen size bed, a balcony, lots of space, very high ceilings, and direct sunlight all day. It is fully equipped for your stay. There are healthy plants in every room and a lot more art on the walls than the pictures show. The large bedroom is separate from the living space, located across the hallway at the opposite end of the apartment, providing privacy and quiet. The home office is upstairs in the mezzanine space.

The neighborhood has lots of cool coffee shops, great bars and restaurants, and excellent vintage shopping within walking distance. My favorite wine shop in New York is next door. There are many grocery shopping options within walking distance too.

This apartment is my home. I take very good care of it and keep it spotlessly clean. I expect guests to respect my space and treat it with care. No pets, no parties, and no smoking please.

Ideally looking for someone to rent the space for the entire period (December 14 to January 4th), but write me if you need it for less time and we can figure something out.
