Amazing location, on one of the very best blocks in the East Village (some might say the best), filled with restaurants, bars, and cafes, with the N/R and 4/5/6 stations two blocks away, and the F & L trains also close nearby. It's a half-block from Tompkins Square Park and the farmer's market, and close to Union Square; unlike many East Village apartments farther to the east, this spot is central, and close to everything. This is one of the absolute best locations in the entire city.

This is an inviting and comfortable space, and I'm looking for a responsible tenant to treat it as their own. I have been very happy here and hopefully you will be too. I am filmmaker away on a long-term project, and the space is available long-term, 3 months minimum, but longer if desired.

The monthly rent is $3550 plus utilities. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no smoking. Cats OK pending discussion and approval.
