I am traveling this winter and will be subletting my guest bedroom while away. This means you will have my apartment all to yourself- and for a very discounted rate! This is a short-term winter sublet (December- March 1) with the possibility of extension! Move in date is flexible, but must be before/ on December 15th.

About the location: Just 6 minute walk to Barclays/ Atlantic Terminal Trains and only 3 minutes from the C train at Lafayette Avenue, and about 5 minutes to the G train at Fulton, 20ish minute bike ride to Manhattan. The area is incredibly central and lovely to live in! Right in the heart of Ft. Greene....walk down the street and you run into Ft. Greene Park!

What I'm looking for: I have lived here for almost 9 years and really love this space. I want someone who will respect it, be gentle with the furniture, dishes, etc. Looking for someone who is mature, will be nice to the landlord (who lives downstairs), will follow trash and recycling rules, no big parties or thumping music all night. The building only has 2 other units and we are all very considerate of each other. And of course, need someone who pays rent on time!

The set-up: The guest bedroom is currently not furnished. It can come either unfurnished or furnished (with an additional fee). The rest of the apartment is fully stocked and you will have full access to it....everything you'll need to cook, bake, etc. T.V, great music set up, fast wi-fi, desk, extra monitor to hook up your laptop, comfy couch! Also there is a desk alcove in the living room that isn't pictured, it's a lovely space to work and right at the window--so good light and people watching! You'll be able to arrive and make yourself at home!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and there are about 15 steps to climb so unfortunately not accessible for people using a wheelchair. Also no pets are allowed. I'll rent to individuals, no couples.
