I am looking for a new roommate to take over the second bedroom in my apartment. My current roommate will be moving in with his partner March 1.

The room is spacious, easily fitting a queen bed, desk and a closet with plenty of space. In the afternoons, the room is flooded with sunlight.

The room is in a two-bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom and a fantastic kitchen with granite countertops. There are three units in the building and the neighbors are great.

Conveniently located with easy access to the city. 10 minutes walk to the Astoria Blvd N/W station. The M60 bus stops a two minute walk away direct to Harlem or LaGuardia. The M and R are a 20 minute walk.

There is a laundromat a block away and a grocery store two blocks away. Some of the best Egyptian restaurants in the city are two blocks away on Steinway St. There are great bars, and restaurants everywhere you look. Astoria Park is a twenty minute walk. Astoria is a truly incredible place to live.

Three-month sublet. Utilities and WI-FI are split. The room will be unfurnished.
