I'm subletting my room which is on the third floor, of a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Bed-Stuy.

The room is a primary room sized 9’4”x 13’9” including a full bathroom.
It also comes with a small fire escape balcony. Furnished with a desk, chair, bed(with frame), mirror, and comfy sofa.

I’m living with 2 other female roommates (one in 20s the other in late 30s). Both of them are really sweet and mature. One of them usually working from home, and the other person goes to an office for work. Sorry but no pets are allowed in the space.

We have quite a decent size kitchen with an island and a living room with a large window and cozy sofas. We are all trying to keep the shared place clean and quiet, but also chilling sometimes when we make/have dinner. And we have a washer/dryer in our space. Built-in heater is also a nice charm of this space!

The neighborhood is really quiet(nice to work from home) with some great local places to get some nice food/coffee (botani cafe, saraghina bakery, little mo, etc) and groceries in a few blocks. And a 20 min walk to Bushwick. 7 min walk to J/M Myrtle-Broadway / J Kosciuszko. B38 bus stops right in front of the unit which brings you to Fort Greene Park, Downtown Brooklyn, and Bushwick.
