A 100 year old, wooden, three level cabin that sits on a dreamy hilltop in Laurel Canyon. At the end of a private drive, with access to a nature path 100 yards away.

The first level has a furnished living room, dining area + a small but cozy kitchen - large south facing windows face out to a panoramic view across the tree filled canyon, with beautiful light through-out the day.

The main bedroom is downstairs - with a queen bed (Awara mattress), desk, mirrored closet and a window facing south out to the canyon. Across the bedroom is the main bathroom with a shower (no bath), shelving and two windows.

There is a separate detached studio from the main house with a rooftop garden. The patio deck extends from
the studio with an outdoor bathtub, washer and dryer. The studio has it's own bathroom with a shower ( no bath ) and an AC unit that can be hooked up. There is also a small wet bar set up with a sink, mini fridge, tea kettle and a hot plate. Built in twin bed with a Japanese mattress. There is a large wood desk and a small closet.

The deck sits out above the sloping hillside with views across the canyon and is a great place to listen to the wide variety of birdlife ( hawk families and hummingbirds included ) that live near the cabin. The neighborhood is wonderful, with other charming cabins as neighbors.

This is a charming and rustic oasis in Los Angeles with a magical feeling.

$3,300 + $350 utilities (depending on, ac, heat and gas usage): includes 5G internet, water, trash, gas, electric.

*Fireplace can not be used during warmer months.
*Full closet space, dresser and cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped.
