Amazing new building on St. Marks Ave between Franklin & Classon. It's about a 10 minute walk to either the 2345 and AC subway lines. The apartment has ample closet space, generous bathrooms and a dishwasher. I believe there is parking available but would need to confirm with the management company (I am vacating a spot but unsure if there is a waitlist).
Can't say enough about the neighborhood - great restaurants & and bars (Arden, Winner, D'antan, Rialto Grand, Crown Inn, Kissa Kissa, Cent'Anni, Briscola, Ogliastra Bearded Lady, Tooker Alley, so many more!).
And then an easy walk to cultural highlights like the Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Garden, Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza/Brooklyn Library.
Lastly, the apartment is Rent Stabilized, which is unusual for a newer building, so it should provide the next tenant longterm security. I'm sadly moving out of Brooklyn and need to give it up. Will likely be able to give keys before the end of the month. Landlord will require a credit check but there should not be any other fees.
