I am handing over my lease for my bedroom / private bathroom in my beautiful apartment on Driggs / S 4th in the heart of Williamsburg (5mn from Bedford station and Marcy stations, 5mn from Domino Park on the river). The apartment is shared with my wonderful roommate Kathy.

Our place is a rare jewel in the area, a 2nd floor unit on top of a townhouse with a full outdoors deck, perfect layout with great privacy (each BR/bath at opposite sides of the house), it was renovated just 2 years ago and it’s decorated with great taste (including plants!). The apartment is fully furnished, however a few of my things will move with me, and others will be for sale to the new leaseholder (price to be discussed). The flat is neat-freak clean, and equipped with stainless steel appliances, AC and an in-house washer and dryer.

The rental price excludes utilities. The current lease is up to July 31, 2025 and expected to be renewed at the same price.

We are seeking a clean, mature and respectful person to takeover, and a good match with my roommate.

I am Nathalie! French and Canadian lady living in NYC since 2019. I love my home but I am moving back to France for a new job. My roommate has been in this apartment for 5 years and we are close, so it will be important for us to find a new person who will be easy to live with and very caring of the house. Our landlords are extremely easy going and are aware of the handover plan.
