Hello Listings Project Readers!
I have a one bedroom apartment on UWS for available for lease reassignment.
The apartment is a 700 square foot 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment available for flexible start in March. The lease ends on June 22nd, with an option to renew through the building management. This is a legal transfer of lease with the management department with background check and typical rental requirements.
The apartment features a washer and dryer in unit, a dishwasher, available storage in the building, bike storage, laundry in building, gym, tenant roof deck with garden, and tenant lounge with playroom.
It’s very pet, kid, and student friendly. The staff are great and friendly. The neighbors are nice. It’s right around the corner from the library, Whole Foods, and smack dab in between riverside and central parks.
The apartment was great for my husband and I when it was just us, but we now have a 15 month old and more on the way.
This is a true lease transfer. The new tenant would take over our lease until it's up in June (June 22nd) and then be extended an offer to renew just as we would be.
Our situation is kind of unique because we're really trying to move well before our due date (which is right after our lease is supposed to expire). Reassigning the lease is the best option for us because paying to break the lease on top of moving fees, on top of babies, would be extremely hard.
Please let me know if you’re interested! We can arrange viewings in person or virtually.
Take care, Erin Migliore
Hi I just graduated in 2023 and had my some in November the same year. Now we’ve got more being added to our crew in July so we need more space. I love the upper west side and hope to stay here. I’m just making the choice to sacrifice amenities for space. This apartment is ideal for a working professional single like my husband before we married or a couple. It’s crazy convenient. Not the best for a family of more than 3 though.
