Fully furnished home, with dedicated cupboard space in the kitchen. Required utilities: gas, electric + internet are usually around $105-$120. We have a rotating weekly cleaning schedule for shared spaces that everyone participates in.
The room is 10.5 x9 ft with a 10 ft ceiling (one of the four bedrooms in the apartment).
The security deposit is $1,250.
You will take over the rest of the lease for the fourth roommate or there is the option to sublet on a monthly basis.

About Us
Roommate 1: A UX/UI designer who works from home, enjoys concerts, and loves a good Dungeons & Dragons session.
Roommate 2: Works for a B-Corp (also from home) and lives a sustainable lifestyle. She’s a jazz enthusiast who enjoys travelling solo.
Roommate 3: Owns a gardening business and is up for anything from baseball games to Broadway shows, especially enjoying a cold beer at her favourite bar.

We’d love to meet you in person! The apartment is available for viewing with reasonable notice, and we’d appreciate it if you could share your social media handles when you reach out. It helps us get a sense of who you are and your vibe.

Our community-oriented household values communication, respect, and shared living. We enjoy hosting friends for movie nights, weekends, and holidays but also try to maintain a quiet and tidy shared space. We have a beautiful backyard with patio furniture, a fire pit and a self-grown vegetable & herb garden.
Community Living: We approach decisions democratically, encourage open communication, and respect individual needs.
Shared Spaces: We give a heads-up for long cooking sessions (typically on weekends), but it’s not a hard rule.
Utility-conscious: We aim to conserve utilities and ensure lights/appliances are off when not in use.

What We’re Looking For
Someone comfortable living with a cat (at this time, no additional pets, please).
Open to sharing and respecting communal spaces.
Someone who values low-waste and sustainability practices.
No strong fragrances in shared spaces (one roommate has allergies).
Guests would ideally be people you know well, with some exceptions for parties we throw as a house (No one-night stands in the house, please.)
We Prefer single tenants but are open to the right couple (this will change the monthly rent to $1,900, and the utilities will be split 5 ways).
