Hi! We’re a couple in our 30s who have absolutely loved living in this apartment and building. I work a tech start-up leading marketing; my wife is a GM at DoorDash. We’re both passionate about good food, great views, and making the most of NYC life. This space has been the perfect home for us—calm, spacious, and beautifully connected to the city and the neighborhood.
We’re moving out because we’re growing our family and just bought our first home (only a few blocks away!). While we’re excited for this next chapter, we’ll definitely miss the sunsets, the views, and the rooftop pool.
We’re hoping to find someone who’ll love this apartment as much as we have!

• Lease takeover (assignment) available June 1–Sept 30, 2025
• Incoming resident assumes the remainder of the lease and deals directly with the building for everything, including an optional renewal starting October 1 at market rate. You will get notified of the market rate by the building in July so you'll have time to decide/negotiate (our last rate increase was <$100 for reference)
• Prospective tenants will apply directly through the building’s management for standard approval (credit check, income verification, etc.)
• $20 application fee per applicant
• Security deposit (currently on file) will be transferred from us to the new resident; incoming tenant will reimburse us directly
