There are two possibilities (below), but I’m open to modifying the dates/rooms combination, depending on your timing:

--Bedroom #1, with its own private half bathroom, is for long term starting April 1.

--Bedroom #2 (in the photos, it's the one with a vintage flowered curtain) is to sublet June through August.

Both rooms are furnished but that's flexible for Bedroom #1.

You'd be sharing the apt with one very nice housemate.

If you love the arts, you're in luck: the neighborhood has free/inexpensive concerts by world-class musicians, poetry readings, and wine tastings. There are also parks galore, including the Cloisters, an outpost of the Met Museum.

You are responsible, respectful, reasonably quiet, friendly, and good natured. No smoking or drugs in the apartment.
