You'll be living above us, the owners, and our Shorkie puppy who has no vocal chords, so her bark sounds like sharp breathing! It's kind of hilarious. It's a quiet, friendly block on a little used street.

Mostly, we rent the space to young professionals and grad students or medical residents. Quiet folks preferred as there is a little bit of sound transfer between the floors.

Sadly not accessibility friendly. There are 8 steps from the sidewalk to the front door, then one flight of stairs to your apartment.
