About the apt:
Good for single working professional or couple - long term sublet available till March/April (flexible), lease takeover possible upon landlord approval.

There is an in unit washer dryer, dishwasher, a private balcony, shared access to the roof which is really cute. I have one big desk with monitor, so you can work easily from here. Wi-Fi etc.

There are split unit ACs in both of the rooms, so cooling/heating is easy. Other than that I also have a fan for further ventilation. Gas stove / fully equipped kitchen / instapot. Shoe rack in the hallway.

Plants and mirrors everywhere. Huge windows so this is really good for creatives.

Transportation:
The apt is on the block of the Bedford Nostrand G stop. The Nostrand Avs A stop is a fast 10 minute walk. Easy to get around, as you can see below. Herbert Von King park is a 5m walk.

Additional Charges:
For heating which is based on usage, we can discuss if you are interested.

About This Lister

I have lived here for three years and my home is very cozy. I am a full time musician and I am on tour for four months and I will be living in europe. I am looking for a responsive individual/couple to take care of my space, enjoy the home I have built while away, and water my plants :)

I have a house cleaner, they will come twice a month to clean the space, check on the plants, help you with anything you need like changing sheets etc. The building has a very responsive super to fix anything. I also know my neighbors so can get you in touch if youre locked out or something.

I enjoy being creative in the space I've set up here, so I am looking for someone who will take good care of it while theyre living here!
