I am subletting my fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Atwater apartment.

Features include: big windows, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. My place is located in a charming neighborhood where you can walk to everything – restaurants, grocery stores, farmers market, little shops, Griffith Park, and there are horses. There’s even a Costco less than half a mile away.

Dates are flexible and month-to-month is possible.

The fully furnished apartment is equipped with everything you need to sleep, lounge, cook, eat, think, and relax. The apartment itself is on the second floor of a 4-unit apartment building.

Utilities are included. There is a washer-dryer in-unit. The apartment has ample street parking (and street sweeping is only the first and third Wed/Fri of the month). The neighborhood is serene and the street is quiet, though if bars are your thing, you can easily walk to The Hi-Low, Bigfoot Lodge, and Club TeeGee. Packages are delivered right to the front door. The best part is that there are bountiful fruit trees on the property yielding more grapefruits, oranges, and lemons than you could ever consume.

I love this apartment for its natural light and prime location to Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Glendale, and Griffith Park.
