Hi! I'm looking to sublet my studio at the Arq at Cumulus in Culver City from Feb 12th through April 12th (possibly longer). Located on the 16th floor, the space has beautiful city views and gets fantastic natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. The layout is really well-designed - you enter through a proper entryway that opens to a bright living space, with a modern kitchen featuring stainless appliances. The open concept makes it feel spacious and airy, and it comes with in-unit laundry, thoughtful storage solutions, and a work table perfect for morning coffee or working from home. The rent is the same as I pay, $3200 + $100 in utilities.

The Arq offers great amenities - a beautiful pool, well-equipped gym with yoga/spin, comfortable co-working spaces, a sky lounge, and attentive 24/7 concierge. The package system is seamless. One of the best parts about living here is the community - our floor has a nice mix of creative professionals who are friendly and respectful. It's like living in a hotel but you have your own apartment.

The location at La Cienega and Jefferson is truly ideal. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are just a few minutes away, and you're surrounded by excellent restaurants like Destroyer. The neighborhood has everything you need - from coffee shops to a lovely cheese shop and gelato place. The weekly farmers market is a nice bonus, and the central location makes getting around LA convenient, whether you're heading west or downtown.
