We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished Miracle Mile duplex for rent with flexible terms including by the night ($195/night), week ($1295/week) or by the month ($4800/month).

Includes all furniture, linens, utilities (fast wifi), and adjacent driveway parking spot + plenty of street parking (w/ provided parking pass). Central AC & heat w/ provided Dyson Heat/Cool appliance and multiple air purifiers. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Both bathrooms have top of the line Japanese Toto Bidet complete with many settings including heated seat. The en suite bathroom has a tub.

I’m an avid cook - I have a full kitchen stocked with tools/supplies including Air Fryer, Le Creuset + Our Place pots and pans. The TV has Apple TV with almost every streaming service subscription, and there are SONOS speakers throughout the house.

This is one side of a duplex. It has its own private entrance accessible from the driveway (which is only for this unit's use). The front patio is also enclosed and private. The only shared area is the backyard with the pool (can be heated w/ additional fee). We currently do not have a duplex neighbor, as they have recently moved out, so most likely you will have no one in the neighboring unit.

The entryway from the patio has a floor to ceiling French door which lets in tons of natural light. Workout equipment (including yoga mats) are provided - it's great to do some yoga or stretching out on the patio in the morning. Hardwood floors. If closet space is needed, we can clear some space for you. The shared backyard with the pool is a fantastic outdoor space - lounge chairs, pizza oven and built in bar.

Primary bedroom has a marble desk with a monitor that's great to plug in your laptop for working. Mattresses are high quality brands and super comfy: Leesa + Nectar. The kitchen has a spacious island with bar stools and a dining nook with chairs and a bench.

There will be no pets on the premises but can also remove all dog related items from the property (dog beds, crates, toys) upon request. If you are traveling with a pet, we welcome them with open arms as we are animal lovers!

House will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. Perfect for short stays for the holidays, work, or getting out of the East Coast winter, etc!

Located walking distance from the LACMA, Dunkin Donuts, and other food hot spots (famed taco bar Sonoratown), etc. This area is super central and very easy to get on the freeway to go anywhere including DTLA, Santa Monica, or LAX! 5-10 min drive to hotspots like The Grove, 3rd Street, or Beverly Blvd.

Working professional who travels frequently. My space is very tidy and clean, lots of plants. Ideal for a single person or up to 3 people. 1 week minimum. Sublet agreement. If additional professional cleaning is requested during stay, it will be $175 per requested visit. Refundable security deposit required. Copy of ID. One FaceTime call/walk through of the space to determine if this is a mutual great fit.

Fully refundable pet deposit fee, to be negotiated depending on pet size, etc.
