2 bed, 1 bath apartment with in-unit laundry and fabulous light throughout the day! A godsend for the winter months. 7 min walk to the C and 9 min to the G + lots of bus stops nearby.

We use one bedroom as an office but it can easily fit a bed + desk + whatever else you need in a bedroom. Both bedrooms have closets and there are also 2 closets in the living room + storage above the washer / dryer. Lots of space for everything you need!

Rent: $4500 per month
Utilities: Generally less than $150 per month
WiFi: Verizon fios is $100 a month but up to you if you want to switch to a diff service
