The apartment is a large ground floor unit at the back of a small 1930s apt building. Ideal location - the neighborhood is super charming, green and walkable. Very popular with NYC transplants for this reason.

15 mins on foot to shops and restaurants on Hillhurst Ave or Atwater Village.

15 mins on foot to many recreation areas including Silver Lake Reservoir, and Griffith Park hiking trails, picnic areas and tennis courts.

2 Blocks (5 min walk) to Hyperion shops/restaurants including Trader Joe's and Gelson's grocery stores.

Fully furnished and well-equipped kitchen minus a dishwasher.
