There is Wifi, Washer Dryer and dishwasher in the unit. The unit is on the 3rd floor. The neighborhood is super calm and green. There are nice restaurants/coffee shops in the area. We are 4 mins away from Saraghina in Bed Stuy.
About This Lister
We are a creative couple. We will be visiting our family overseas. We have a huge vinyl collection and there are lots of books to enjoy and read at the house.

Sublet Lease - We'll have you sign a standard sublet lease. Nothing fancy.
