Our sweet spot is situated on a quiet block just off the restaurant lined Vanderbilt Ave and a 10 min walk to Prospect Park. Primary bedroom is airy and has an en suite with a shower, with a door to head out onto our huge deck, which is as big as our apartment. Take a nap in the hammock and smell the flowers. The second bedroom also has its own door out to the deck and is currently set up with a crib and babied up in there (though we can easily remove if you don’t have one!). The hallway bathroom has a giant tub perfect for a baby or a big body soak as well as a washer and dryer. The third bedroom doubles as our office and has a full sized Murphy bed that can easily be put down. We have a projector in the living room as our tv (we have Roku). The kitchen has a rustic flair mixed with modern appliances and a large sink and dishwasher. We have central air and a Nest to control the temp. We are located on the second of five floors of a modern, architecturally delightful building, with an elevator that opens into our apartment. We are two actors who have lived here for three years and have loved calling this home. We have a 1.5 yr old who loves trucks and playing the drums. We’re going to be out of the country for a bit and are looking for nice people to give our home some love while we’re away!
