The apartment is very central and right next to restaurant row (avenue full of amazing restaurants). The apartment is on a high floor (high 30s) close to everything, you can walk to Central Park, Bars, Restaurants, Subway, Grand Central etc. 20 mins train ride to World Trade Center and liberty statue.

1) The room has a queen bed, standing desk, an ergonomic chair, a 55 inch 4K TV, 1 storage chest. The closet for this bedroom is outside the room
2) The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, all different spices and free coffee
3) All basic toiletries are included in the price (toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, detergent etc)
4) Apartment has super high speed 300 Mbps internet
5) The building has 24x7 security and 4 high speed elevators
6) There is a laundry in the building. It is paid. $3/load

Things to note:
1) There is a $100 fee for a lost key. This is something that building charges me because they use a high security lock in each apartment
