The apartment is on the top floor of a 4 floor walk up. The bedroom is in a lofted space so the ceiling clearance is about 6’ 5” and is open to the whole apartment below. There is only a small utility closet in the apartment, but there is a private storage locker and bike storage in the building's basement.

The apartment is available for a 1 year lease (unfurnished) starting January 1st. There is the possibility to move in a bit earlier too if thats helpful, happy to chat about it.
