Close to many popular restaurants, bars, and cafes (Topos (both locations), Rolo's, Hellbender, to name a few). Supermarkets, fresh produce, pharmacies, and anything else you could want along Myrtle Avenue. Convenient walk to the M train at both Forest Ave and Fresh Pond, the L at Halsey, multiple bus lines, and solid street parking.

Please note, the ground floor of the building is the Cozy Corner bar and restaurant. It's a family friendly establishment that is pretty laid back. However, on those occasional big game nights, it can get a bit noisy, and I find a white noise machine with the windows shut cancels out any sound.
