Hello!

I am the current renter of the apartment and am looking to sublet my space while I am away for work.

The apartment is a beautiful, clean, light-filled Bushwick apartment close to multiple coffeeshops, grocery stores, restaurants, M & L trains, buses, and Maria Hernandez park.

I have the apartment set up as:
1 bedroom with nice light, plants, oversize mirror, full size closet, acacia queen bed, end tables, TV
Kitchen with all pots, pans, dishware, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, baking things, etc that you could need.
1 bathroom with tub
Living room with sofa, Apple TV, Marshall speaker, and small cafe table
2nd bedroom that I use as a photo studio/home gym. This flexible room is cleared out for the subletter to function as a home office or studio space with my things packed into two locked cabinets. I have a water rower, incline treadmill, and some free weights available for use.

The bedroom closet will be fully empty and available, I will lock the two other closets to hold my belongings while I am gone.

The space is on the 3rd floor, walk up.
Coin laundry in basement or laundromat on the corner
No pets

Utilities are included in the $2750 monthly sublet price.

Can be somewhat flexible on dates
