You will be signing a sublease and subject to approval from my landlord, who lives in the unit above us. This is a calm and convenient neighborhood, 2 blocks from the F/G at Church Av, two 24-hour grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, convenience stores, and more.

The space: This is a duplex home, the apartment is the ground floor, and the landlord lives in the second unit upstairs. Entrance is though the back via a private porch with steps. We will share the kitchen space, bathroom, porch, and storage space. I have my bedroom and music studio in the two bedrooms, meaning you will be occupying the front two rooms that once served as the living room and dining room. The rooms have their own door, granting you privacy in that space. Do with it what you wish. There is a couch available for you to use, should you want it, or it can be removed. The total area is approximately 275 square feet. The bay window faces north.

About me: I shared this apartment with a former partner, and now that they have moved out I am looking to make this space available to someone else until my friend moves to the city this summer. I work a day job and play music on the side. I practice in the house, but keep it within reasonable volume and hours. I keep things tidy and clean up after myself. I hope you will as well.
