We have a light-filled, quiet 2 BR condo on the top floor (4th-floor walk-up) of a well-maintained 8-unit building. Lots of space to work remotely. 2 BR on opp. ends with plenty of closet and storage space. Each BR has its bathroom.

Large, open kitchen/living room area, great for cooking/dinners. We have a washer/dryer in the apartment.

Ft. Greene Park, farmer's market, and restaurants on Dekalb Ave in walking distance. On-street parking, close to subway, G train/and bus stops. Close to DUMBO, Downtown Brooklyn, Williamsburg.

We are a family of three. Our daughter left for college this year, we want to spend more time in Europe. I work in the art world.
