The studio is about 300 sf, old wood floors and very tall ceilings, a wall of windows with beautiful direct light throughout the day, amazing sunsets in the evening and a view of manhattan.

The building is at 544 Park ave - in S. Williamsburg / Bedstuy. It is in a space with other semi-private artist studios, it is very quiet, maybe one or two people there at a time because everyone's schedules are so different. Kind, respectful, quiet studio neighbors.

Its 2 blocks from Home Depot and about 10 min walk to a Utrecht. Freight elevator, loading dock, and passenger elevator. There is 24 hour access. We have a little kitchen zone with fridge, hot water heater, microwave and get spring water delivered. .

No Living. No toxic materials. Looking for someone with a generally quiet art practice.
