Kitchen with dishwasher!! natural light, big living room with sky light, deep bathtub to soak in, good windows good space, high ceilings, hardwood floors. Laundry in basement. Record player with a collection;) This is very much a home. The bedroom has South facing window for great light, and happy plants. Good closet. Rooftop with an incredible view of the Manhattan skyline!

Super convenient commute with Chauncey J a block away and ACJZL under 10 min walk away and loads of buses. Tree lined block with a small park across the street, a large park nearby, and many cemeteries around the area. Plenty of grocery stores, cafes, and businesses nearby. Not far from a lot of bars, venues, food, etc. New bar right around the corner, legit Dominican food nearby.

We get along really well and love our roommate who sadly is moving out. Hoping for someone nice, considerate, good communicator, clean, and no hard times about general upkeep. 420 friendly;) Prefer someone who does not WFH.

Hello I'm Mickey (she/her). I'm an artist, 35, born and raised in brooklyn. I’ve been living in this place for 7 years and love it here. I normally work freelance mostly in the film industry doing prop and set fabrication and design. I also have a guinea pig named angelfish that I rescued:) Bard (they/them), 26, they are also artistic and handy in many regards! They work in a therapy office, and are in grad school at Columbia for philosophy. We both are pretty busy, friendly, laid back, and keep the space clean and peaceful.
