Hello everyone! I am looking for someone to fill a space in my apartment. The place is about 5 minutes from the Bedford-Nostrand G stop, has its own virtually private backyard, and is close to a lot of fun restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.

I am looking to potentially rent an entire floor of the apartment- either for housing or as a live/work artist space. You would be added to the lease. The space is HUGE, has its own bathroom, a bedroom, and an expansive main room with a ton of storage. It also has a private entrance to the backyard!

I am 27, use she/her pronouns, and am queer. I am in graduate school for data analysis and work from home as a wildlife conservation planner. I am also an artist- I make interactive installations based on bird and animal sound. I like to go out and have fun on the weekends, but am in bed pretty early during the weekdays.
