I am subletting my furnished live/work studio space in the heart of Bronx Little Italy. The space was recently renovated and can be used as a studio space, retail space or a combo of both. I have a great murphy bed (it is pictured ‘up’ in the photos) that is super comfy and new. All of the furniture pictured comes with the space. I have two years left on my lease but I am open to a shorter term to help pay the rent. The landlord pay for heat and hot water but there is an also a split system for additional heat and AC. The bathroom has a 60-inch tub and the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cabinet space.
Located on Cambreleng Avenue, this space is three blocks to world-famous Arthur Avenue, home to the best Italian restaurants, cafes, cheese, meat and bread shops in the country. Bronx Little Italy is currently undergoing a creative renaissance with creative-types flocking here for the European-flair and small town vibe.

TRANSPORATION
B/D Subway at Grand Concourse, Metro North is a 5-mijnute walk and 15 minutes to Grand Central. Lots of Citi Bikes and Busses.
